“SUCCESSFUL EXPATRIATION” WORKSHOP

Essential workshop to broaden your perspectives, to evaluate the challenges of this huge change in your life, to find up solutions and to create a motivating and realistic action plan which is the key element to a success expatriation.

It is oriented to expats-to-be or recent expats and/or their partner.

Goals:

•  Evaluate the expatriation impact on personal and professional areas

•  Take your time and step back to be better prepared and to adapt to the new circumstances

•  Find a way to live a successful adaptation in a different cultural context

•  Work on one’s behavior and one’s preconceived ideas to be more efficient from the first day

•  Elaborate a “survival kit”: ideas, host country information, contacts

•  Elaborate a personal action plan

Methodology:
Workshop where the participants dialogue, share their doubts, their questions, their fears, their hopes, etc.  The answers will be given by the exchange and the cooperation between the participants. Maximum of 8 participants.

“SUCCESSFUL COMING BACK HOME” WORKSHOP

Essential workshop to exploit the acquired experience, to find new and strong reference points and bases and to set up your return project.

Oriented to expats and/or their partner who are coming back to their home country and who want to gather momentum and to re-adapt quickly and easily.

Goals:

•  Become more self-confident sharing one’s own experience abroad and being aware and appreciating the benefits of this one

•  Identify and set up reference points and bases of a successful coming back home

•  Analyze and find solutions – Elaboration of a “survival kit”: ideas, helpful information, contacts

•  Elaborate a personal action plan

Methodology:

“BECOMING AN EXPAT TOGETHER” WORKSHOP

Four-hour workshop oriented to the couple. It allows the expat and his/her partner to evaluate the expatriation impact on their personal, family and professional life. It allows them to identify their project strengths and the weaknesses. This way, they are more able to make a thoughtful and consensual decision to validate (or no) their international mobility project.

Content:

•  Workshop SMART goals clarification and validation

•  Identification of the expatriation and its challenges different aspects

•  Clarification of the two individual projects and the common project

•  Expatriation project SWOT analysis (as a couple and individually)

•  Action plan

“EXECUTIVE/LEADER’S MOBILITY PREPARATION” WORKSHOP

Essential information workshop to understand better the host country and its culture.

Oriented to expat-to-be executives and leaders.
